The United Kingdom Expansion Worker Visa is designed for employees of overseas businesses who are seeking to establish a branch or subsidiary in the UK. This visa allows eligible employees to come to the UK and work for their employer’s UK entity. Unlike other visa categories, the Expansion Worker Visa does not lead directly to settlement but provides a pathway to other routes that do.

Your employer obtains a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) from a licensed UK sponsor. We guide the process to ensure full compliance with immigration requirements.
After receiving the CoS, we assist in submitting your Expansion Worker Visa application to UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), including all supporting documentation.
Attend your biometrics appointment at a visa application centre. We also provide interview preparation to help you confidently discuss your employment and business plans.
Once approved, you receive your Expansion Worker Visa and can make arrangements to travel to the UK. We assist with final relocation preparations.
Upon arrival in the UK, establish and operate your employer’s UK entity in line with the endorsed business plan, with continued professional support.
